Kelsey: Thank you, Miss Delle, for agreeing to speak with us.
Delle: Of course. Owen let me know that you would be coming. You wanted to ask about the complaint he filed against Anita Bennett?
Kelsey: Yes, exactly.
Delle: I’m going to be completely honest with you–Anita Bennett is a bit of a problem child. We’ve had issues with her in every department we’ve assigned her. Honestly, this situation with Owen is really the last straw. If she doesn’t clean up her act, we’ll be firing her-single mother or not.
Kelsey: What kind of issues have you had with her?
Delle: Harassment across the board. Whether it’s harassing an employee for being black or sexually harassing someone because she’s decided she wants to date them, as in Owen’s case. Anita doesn’t really get along with her coworkers.
Kelsey: Anything else I should know?
Delle: Every time I’ve had her in my office, she brings me a cupcake, and gives me this sob story of how it was all just a misunderstanding.
Kelsey: That’s an awful lot of misunderstandings. Thank you, Miss Delle.
